3. Mobile Messaging Data — SMS / Text Message Communications
How we collect SMS consent: When you submit our contact form at crassus.mx/contact/ and check the SMS opt-in checkbox, we collect your mobile phone number, your consent record (date, time, IP address, form URL, and the exact disclosure text shown to you at the moment of consent), and the messages exchanged between you and Crassus Group.
What messages we send: Messages may include real estate property information, sales follow-up replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders for property tours, customer care messages, document reminders, payment reminders for buyers under purchase agreement, and occasional updates about new property availability.
Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 10 messages per month per recipient. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS message we send. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

No sharing of mobile opt-in data: We will NOT share mobile information acquired through the SMS opt-in consent — including phone numbers and consent records — with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
